When to Pay
Authors are not required to pay at the time of manuscript submission. APCs (Article Processing Charges) become due only after your manuscript has been accepted for publication following peer review and final quality checks.

How to Complete Payment
- Acceptance Notification – You will receive an acceptance email and PDF invoice.
- Choose Gateway – Click “Pay Now” on the invoice and select PhonePe, PayPal, Razorpay, or Bank Transfer.
- Make Payment – Enter payment details; ensure total amount matches invoice.
- Upload Proof (if applicable) – For bank transfers, upload transaction confirmation in our payment portal.
- Receipt & Confirmation – Payment receipt is emailed within 24 hours of successful transaction.

International authors are advised that fees are quoted in USD; any additional conversion charges will be determined by the issuer of your payment method.

Non-Refundable Fees:
Please note that processing fees are non-refundable once the manuscript review process commences.
Extra pages: USD 1 per page for every page beyond 50.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Before Invoice Generation: No fee charged.
2. After Acceptance & Invoice:
a. Cancellation within 2 days (pre-publication): 50 % refund minus a 10 % transaction fee.
b. After Publication: No refund.
3. Disputes: Must be raised within 7 days of payment; any chargeback fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
