2. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Erroneous Charges: If you are charged in error (duplicate payment, wrong amount), please notify us within 7 days.

  • Service Non-Delivery: If the product or service you paid for is not delivered, you may request a refund.

  • Force Majeure: No refunds for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

3. Refund Request Process
  1. Submit Request: Email within 7 days of the transaction, providing your name, transaction ID, date, and reason.

  2. Review: We will review and respond within 5 business days.

  3. Credit: If approved, refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.

4. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Convenience Fees: Any payment gateway or bank convenience fees charged by PhonePe PG are non-refundable.

  • Partial Services: Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations
  • You may cancel a pending transaction any time before we have processed it.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to the address below. We will make every reasonable effort to reach an amicable solution.
