OF OUTSTANDING

Mr. Dibakar Pal, M. Phil1*

MSI Journal of Education and Social Science | | Page 01 to 06

Abstract

Someone thinks globally acts locally. Someone thinks locally acts globally. Both are personality traits and unique in nature. The former comes back from global to local. The latter one goes from local to global. It is like national versus international. Both are diagonally opposite with each other regarding their strategy and technique as well. The second person is more talented. He possesses outstanding merit. The difference is like between global currency and local currency. Global currency can be encashed anywhere. Local currency is honoured in the local market only. It has limitation. It suffers from frustration. In contrast global currency enjoys outstanding eminence.

KEYWORDS: Outstanding, exceptionally good, eminence, distinction, unpaid, unresolved
