Abstract: Currently, the specialized medical literature deals a lot of attention to the issues related to the third molars [1, 2, 3, 4]. This is due to a significant number of odontogenic inflammatory complications caused by third molar [5, 6]. In most of cases, these complications are developing right during the wisdom teething, the frequency of which, according to various researchers, varies from 13.8%, according to O.N. Bolonkin (2012) to 50.0% according to I.V. Gaivoronsky et al. (2015) and Ali Tergam Abdulamir Ali et al. (2022) [7, 8, 9]. Second group of inflammatory complications consists of the processes that are developing after the operation of removing the third molar. They ae about 40.0% [10, 11].
