Abstract

Abstract: International by a feeling of humanity and designates the protection of the rights of the individual at the time of domestic and international conflict or war time. Once upon a time there was no shape, or Humanitarian Law is one of the branches of human rights as well as international law. This law is enthused mechanism of law as to humanitarian law. This law has been developed step by step as the demand of the situation. Presently it is the mandate of time to fashion or embrace an explicit enactment on domestic level and international level vis-à-vis the humanitarian law though on international level different conventions, declarations were espoused for the protection of the individual at war time and in the same way more states of the world inserted different provisions linked with humanitarian law into the some enactments without making exact law on the subject of humanitarian law.
