Abstract: The Cnidaria are multicellular organisms that live in aquatic environments, the vast majority of which are marine. The main representatives of this group are jellyfish, corals, sea anemones, hydras, and Portuguese men-of-war. The objective of this paper is to analyze the venom of Cnidaria, as well as its chemical composition for new therapies and medications. The research approach will involve identifying, selecting, and critically analyzing relevant studies. The objective was to comprehensively understand the current evidence base and identify gaps in the existing literature that can be explored in future research. The collection of information will be carried out through access to the full texts of the studies selected for review.
