ABSTRACT: The growing level of complexity and sophistication of cyber threats demand a new breed of intelligent, adaptive, and secure defense mechanisms that can support the constraints of traditional security operations centers. The proposed research is the Quad-Domain Architecture, a cohesive system that combines Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Computing, Data Mining, and Cybersecurity to create an autonomous cyber defense ecosystem. The proposed design uses AI-based autonomous agents to constantly harvest, process, and extract large-scale heterogeneous network data, such as structured and unstructured data, to determine the occurrence of anomalies and possible attack patterns. It includes quantum-assisted algorithms that can improve processing and threat classification of high-dimensional threat vectors and detect complex cyberattacks faster and more precisely. In order to guarantee the security of the intelligence pipeline in terms of its confidentiality, integrity, and trustworthiness, the framework will use Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and post-quantum cryptographic functions to protect data transmission, the model parameters, and AI decision-making against the future quantum-enabled adversaries. The design also includes self-learning and self-healing, which enables the security system to automatically adjust to changing attack patterns and overcome the threat with minimum human intervention. The proposed framework, focusing on predictive analytics, quantum-enhanced computation, and cryptographically guaranteed AI operations, will seek to create a next-generation Security Operations Center (SOC), which will have the ability to anticipate threats in advance, autonomously react, and resiliently defend against highly advanced AI-driven cyber threats. The study brings a repeatable solution to the construction of intelligent and quantum-resilient cybersecurity infrastructures to future enterprise settings.
