MSIJALJ publishes original research, reviews, case studies, and creative works at the nexus of arts, law, and justice. Our scope spans core legal disciplines—constitutional, criminal, corporate, labor, intellectual property, environmental, family, and international law—alongside emerging intersections with technology, human rights, and interdisciplinary social sciences. We welcome contributions that advance scholarly dialogue, inform policy, or employ innovative methodologies in areas such as criminology, forensic studies, education, linguistics, and cultural studies.
